Max Estates Indirapuram (proposed project name, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad) is the first Ghaziabad residential project of Max Estates Limited, the listed real estate arm of the Max Group. Planned on approximately 9.76 acres of land in Indirapuram, the project has a development potential of around 1.5 million sq ft of super built-up area and an estimated gross development value of ₹2,500–3,000 crore.
The project is currently at the binding MoU stagefor a proposed Joint Development Agreement (JDA) on a capital-light, revenue-sharing basis with the landowner. The definitive JDA, due diligence and all approvals, including UP RERA registration, are pending.
